How can I restore my previous purchases?

If you are prompted to purchase a digital issue again, which you have already purchased in the past within the app, try restoring the previous purchases.

  1. Open the AUTOMOBILSPORT app and select "Issue archive" from the menu.
  2. Click on the "Restore purchases" button at the bottom of the page.

If the problem persists, you have to contact Apple (iPad/iPhone) or Google (Android devices), depending on the device you are using, as we unfortunately have no influence on the payment processing and release of in-app purchases.
